This song is based on the words of Psalm 19. The song came about as an effort to put into music the way the psalm declares the glory of God’s creation, both of the physical world and laws of God. I originally wrote the song as a song of praise, with hopes that it could be sung congregationally. After writing the song it took an additional meaning after I read the biography of the lat Rev. Dante Venegas, a spirit filled preacher, community organizer, and evangelist (and a friend of my father).
